What Do I Need to Get Started?

To get started using your Pura device, you will need a power outlet, a smartphone that will connect to your device via Bluetooth, and a high-speed home internet connection with a 2.4GHz WiFi network. Refer to your setup brochure included with your device, or you can head HERE for extra help.  

 

Why Can't I Smell My Pura?

There are many variables that may contribute to why you may not smell your Pura. Pura has a great article on their Help Center for troubleshooting any issues with fragrance. You can visit it HERE


Is My Device Covered Under Warranty?

Each Pura device has a one-year limited* device warranty from Pura directly. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the device. It does not cover misuse of the device such as leaving the fragrances in while the device isn’t upright. If you feel that you may be eligible for this warranty, please reach out to Pura by clicking HERE.  

*Devices eligible for a replacement may include cases such as a burnt fuse, internal leaking damage, damage in shipment, fire damage, etc.

 

Is Pura Smart Home Diffuser Kid/Pet Friendly?

Pura Smart Home Diffusers are safe to be in your home with kids and pets! Make sure that you always use as directed, oils should not be ingested or used topically, and neither Pura nor Bridgewater is not responsible for the misuse of products. Consult with your veterinarian or physician if you have further questions!

What ingredients are in your fragrances? 

Our fragrances are carefully crafted without harsh chemicals. We steer clear of ingredients that may pose potential risks to your health or the planet. Additionally, we ensure that every fragrance we use is ethically sourced, promoting responsible practices throughout our production process.

How long does one Pura vial last? 

As a general rule, under normal conditions, each vial is typically effective for approximately 110 hours when set at an intensity level of "5". Have you ever wondered about its practicality? Assuming you run the vials for 4 hours per day, this translates to approximately a month's worth of usage for a single vial.

Why can't I smell my fragrance if there's still a little bit of liquid left? 

Our fragrances are designed with a special oil that effectively disperses the scent. Each fragrance has its own lifespan, but if you can no longer smell the fragrance after diffusing it for over 100 hours, what remains in the vial is just plain oil, without any fragrance. That's when you know it's time to replace it with a new vial for a fresh scent experience!
